2nd Annual Birmingham Fashion Week
New York Fashion, Sweet Home Style-Get your fashion on! This fundraiser will again benefit Camp SAM. There will be a big tent set up at Pepper Place for three nights of high-fashion runway shows by nationally recognized designers and local retailers. Vote for your favorite new talent during the emerging designer and rising design star competitions and no runway would be complete without the models. Tickets available at

2012 Red Nose Ball
Camp Smile-A-Mile''''s largest fundraiser of the year will be held at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center. The Ball is a silent and live auction of items that have been kindly donated by area businesses. NBC 13''''s Mike Royer will Emcee and Ken Jackson will be the live auctioneer. This night not only includes two incredible auctions but a seated dinner and dancing to the musical tunes of The Undergrounders. The evening begins at 6 pm. Swinging for Smiles Golf Tournament
The Camp SAM Junior Board will host the "Swinging for Smiles" Golf Tournament to be held at Pinetree Country Club in Birmingham. Registration and lunch will be at 11:30 am and shotgun start is 1 pm. More information coming soon on team and sponsorship levels.

Run for Kids Challenge: 50K/12 Hour and 50K/Relay
Run for Kids Challenge is a 50K/12 Hour and 50K/Relay. If you have ever thought about doing an Ultra Run well this is the event for you! This is no easy feat. You will physically challenge yourself for the children of Camp Smile-A-Mile but at the end of the day your challenge will be over and theirs will continue. However, through your support and donations you will be helping to make a difference in their lives as they continue to go through the challenges of pediatric cancer. 2012 Camp Smile-A-Mile Motorcycle Ride
A motorcycle ride that leaves from Barber''s Motorsports Museum and goes to see the kids at Camp SAM finishing up the first weeklong camp for children ages 6-12. Enjoy a beautiful ride that ends with seeing the faces of the children that you have ridden for and have lunch with them! |
